Payment Guide

In general, we require 20% of full payment as a deposit to secure the booking after you confirm the itinerary with us. The amount of deposit may be adjusted by your travel consultant based on your actual itinerary and group size. The balance should be paid to our guide in cash or paid in advance. Full payment is required if you book train tickets, show tickets, or accommodations.

PayPal

Commission: Total Payment x 4.4% + $0.03 USD

Wire Transfer

We accept USD/EUR/RMB payment through wire transfer. Bank details provided upon booking confirmation.

Cash Upon Arrival

For some tours with small amounts without deposit requirements, you can pay in cash to our tour guide upon arrival. Both RMB and USD accepted.

Credit Card

Via PayPal, you can use all major credit cards. We also accept direct credit card payment for some services.

Tour Fare Includes (For China Package Tours)

Travel Accident Insurance: Full coverage within Mainland China at no additional charge
Air Ticket: Round trip economy class for all-inclusive packages (we use United Airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Cathay Pacific and other major airlines)
Hotel Accommodation: Based on two adults sharing one twin-bed room (single supplement applies)
Meals: Daily as mentioned in itinerary - buffet breakfast in hotel, lunch and dinner in local restaurants
Sightseeing: According to itinerary with private tour guide and transportation
Admission/Entrance Fees: All main entrance fees for programs mentioned in itinerary

Tour Fare Excludes

Airport tax and other fees
Personal charges (phone bills, laundry, postage, baggage over-weight, insurance, beverages)
Tips for tour leader, guides, driver, bellman
Chinese Visa processing fee, passport application/renewal fee
Round trip air fares from your hometown to gateway city
Any items not listed in the itinerary
