- After confirmation, prepayment is needed to hold your reservation
- Meet your driver at the designated pickup location
Important Notes
- Prepayment is required to hold your reservation (PayPal, wire transfer, or cash accepted)
- 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellation less than 2 working days before service
- No-show will be charged in full
- If booking Airport-Hotel transfer, your driver will hold a board with your name at the airport exit
- If booking Hotel-Airport transfer, your driver will call you the evening before to confirm pickup time
